What started as my first experiment at blending my many gifts and passions seven years ago, became something that gained momentum quickly and has now brought much joy and peace to so many participants!

I've led this unique experience at many local Yoga Studios, Universities, corporate spaces, and private gatherings within Ontario. With group sizes ranging from a handful to forty people. Plus, I even received the opportunity to guide a workshop internationally in Bucharest, Romania while teaching Yoga there one summer!

My Chakra Painting Workshop is an experience to help awaken your inner artist! To add back in the freedom, playfulness, and sense of wonderment our inner child often craves.

Experience a Chakra clearing meditation, and powerful affirmations, followed by a guided step-by-step process to creating your own unique Watercolour or Acrylic painting!

This is for you if you want to learn about your auric field and energy centers, the symbolism and healing power of colour, and of course, express yourself through the medium of paint! All levels are welcome.

You will leave this workshop with awareness around your chakras, a newfound creative confidence, and a finished piece of artwork.

I bring all the music, supplies, and assistants if needed; and you gather your friends or communities!
